Add messages.json of zh_CN #6

Add translations for zh_CN

Thanks for the translation! Sorry it took a while to merge it. I wanted to add some features to better support the way Tree Style Tab v3.2.0 and later saves tree structures and that work distracted me for a while. Anyway, I released this translation in its own update (version 3.1) so that there is a version of the extension that is fully translated and then I released all of my new changes as version 4.0. Essentially non of your translation work is unused in the new version (I removed maybe 3 messages) but there is a lot of new settings that are untranslated, just so you know!

Oh, I see. But these days I'm a little busy with some other things. The new translations maybe delay for some days.

@NightSharp That is very understandable! I don't think there is any need to hurry, do it if and when you have the time.
