Remove auto respawn #91

I think players shouldn't be auto respawned because some players like to farm coins on that thing.

This isn't a good idea. A lot of callbacks are based on respawnplayer and not dieplayer. So players might be able to stop the game by not respawing. Besides I don't want dead bodys laying around.
