Change link of Windows LG Driver to official website #53

At the time of writing, the Windows LG Driver is available on the official website. Under "LG Universal Mobile Drivers Download", choose "Windows" to download LGMobileDriver_WHQL_Ver_4.2.0.exe.

@steadfasterX Sorry, I mean that the current link in README.md points to oceanhost, and there is a warning: "This file was found via google search, it's not downloaded directly from LG servers".

Therefore I believe that it is safer to provide a direct link to the file so that users can download the file directly from LG servers, not from oceanhost or other third-party file hosting sites.
