Support zoom.us domain and its subdomains (includes vanity url) #9

Hi @Leko , thanks for the work on this very useful extension.

This extension support only us02web.zoom.us domain. So, I have a meeting url like a https://zoom.us/j/xxxxx, but the meeting url is not shown on popup. https://github.com/Leko/crx-gcal-url-opener/blob/d86ea665dead89e81b5a5013f03c082b55c8b0c5/src/config.ts#L12

I would like to see zoom.us and its subdomains (includes vanity url) added to support.
