Warpdrive does not recognize ICBM version and will not load #545

Describe the bug When the game is loaded with recent versions if ICBM the game will error during load requiring a minimum verison of ICBM despite being above minimum.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Run game with latest ICBM along with warpdrive

Expected behavior The game to load.

Issue was resolved, It looks like ICBM had an issue with its version definition, its latest update resolved the issue.
