As noted in our issues list ex Fb group dd 20180602:

[ ] Prevent mounts from players with PvP Mode OFF from being hurt/killed. (has to be verified)
[ ] Prevent Rhino damage to players/units with PvP Mode OFF."

Will need discussion on how to achieve these objectives.

May require dedicated config to define which mounts shall be included for each sub-feature.

The current system should already protect mounts from being hurt. Could you do some testing to confirm that that's still the case?

Ogre verified that both issues can be reproduced with the latest version.
