Currently working on Petition for Removal of Guardian interview that includes supplementary docs (branch: petition_removal_guardian). The interview asks questions related to the affidavit, but the document isn't getting generated at the end. The code is essentially the same as what's already being used in the Petition for Appointment of Guardian interview.
