Question ID intro
Steps to reproduce Opened the interview. Selected a problem with water. Entered my info and my landlord info. Got to the stage where it was supposed to produce a letter for me to send to my landlord. I hit 'next' and received a browser page that just said "error." When I used my browser to go back, it also said "error." I was unable to continue with the form.
Expected behavior I expected the app to produce a letter.
What happened instead I received a browser window that said only "error" in plain text. I was unable to go 'back' using my browser.
Other information This app looks great if it can work. I'm a manager at a housing advocacy organization and was testing this page to see if I could recommend it to our staff. I'll test it again later this week. Thank you for creating this!

@nonprofittechy @ll-jgraszer Do you think this is related to the timeout issues you two are working on?

I think this is the old version of the app (it says gbls-issues is the author, and that server has the old version)

Ohh, I didn't realize that it was a different author now, but I see it in feedback.yml. So all of the feedback about timeout errors is from gbls-issues as the author this year.
