Create next steps instructions for demand letter?

There are currently no next steps instructions for demand letters (just complaint, inspection request, and repairs request).

Should we create a version that is specific to demand letters?

@crwayne @nonprofittechy Considering that demand letters should really have proof of receipt, do we want to add instructions specifically for demand letters to the generated docs?

I don't usually recommend tenants do return receipt request for demand letters because the recipient can refuse service. There is a presumption of receipt when you mail something.

Hmm, okay. MLH said you should send it both ways even though it isn't legally required to have a return receipt. But, that makes sense. We could just use that same language in the instructions then?
