Consider instructing tenant to use name as written in summons or on docket #332

If the landlord uses the wrong name for the tenant, I don't know if we should tell the tenant to use the right name. I'm not sure if the court would correct case.net based on the tenant using their correct name, but if they do, then the eviction is more likely to show up when searching the tenant's eviction record.

I think we can ask for the tenant's name and also ask how it's listed on the summons and petition. I think we want to get the tenant's preferred name to address them with either way, not just their wrongly spelled name.
