This is sorta what the learn page is. Maybe it would be good to describe the issues in term of the timeline, to emphasize that people should get started as early in the process as possible I just saw a tweet from Legal Aid of Oklahoma encouraging people to contact legal aid as soon as there is a problem, which seems like a good idea.
