No breach ud defense shows up in included defenses when ud is for holdover tenancy

It seems to me that a defense that there was no breach of the lease is only applicable in a case where the landlord is claiming that there was breach of the lease.

Should the logic be changed to be based on eviction_reason['lease violation'] instead of case_type["AC Unlawful Detainer"]
