Players can make their own chatrooms and invite people in there. Includes kicking etc

Save them in data folder. Optional feature in config Do they save or get deleted on server restart. If saving do they get deleted after x amount of no use. X is in the config in days.

Optional chatrooms can see global channel. Default has a special color to it so global is a bit darker than others. Can be changed in config
