Have chats per world. Optional/configurable

Have all worlds have their own chat Have specific worlds have chat

Maybe add the config options we have for custom channels to worlds as well. For now we are using the channel which has auto-join to true's options for the per-world-chats.

have a format option if no format specified for specific world it will use the default global channel's format (auto-join set to true)
