Subscriptions list on the left column should ignore Upper/Lower case

Describe The Feature Request Below

The left column shows subscription in alphabetical order, but prioritizing first all those subscriptions starting with any upper case later. Only after the quite upper case alphabet order has run it's course you'll see the lower case subscriptions. This list should ignore Upper/Lower and prioritize only alphabetic order regardless of the type case.
