From the screenshots it looks like your website already has a clear interface for doing all these steps, so I dont see any need for a step by step explanation. Especially as this will easily get outdated over time. I think it would be enough to put a link to https://elest.io/open-source/lemmy on this page. Maybe as a new section "Managed hosting".
