Discoverability options for communities

Some communities may prefer to be less discoverable. So discoverability options like not showing up in local/all feeds would be a very desirable feature.

Mod community option to not show up in feeds.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Something similar to Reddit's discoverability options which show up on community creation:

CommunityVisibility Local / All got added recently, but it still needs to be added to lemmy-ui.

We also have "hide community", which hides it from all feeds, but only admins can do that.

I missed the update and move.

I didn't look at the hide community implementation but it should include:

Not appearing in post feeds.
Not appearing in local/global community lists.
Not appearing in "Trending communities" or any other similar list.
Not appearing in non-fingering* searches.

If all these are not possible to do already, then it's not purely a UI issue yet (IMHO).
Also, some granularity/custom hiding levels would be nice.

* Or whatever it's called. I haven't looked at the code for a long time.
