I'm always frustrated when I want to comment something that is contain NSFW words in SFW marked post but I can't do it.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add the Ability to mark comments as NSFW.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I don't think other solutions exist for this problem.

Just use spoilers with a NSFW notice?

But that is really not a direct solution but rather a workaround, because then my whole comment would be spoiler NSFW.

Can you link an example comment that youd mark as nsfw?

While this initially mentioned "nsfw words", one thing I've seen occasionally where this would be useful are comments with embedded nsfw images on sfw posts.

I think spoilers is the best way to handle this. Its much more flexible, as you can hide content behind any spoiler name you want.
