Attempt to get onto Navi-Xtreme Portal freezes #240

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
Navi-X will not load past the home page or stuck at the Please Wait... screen
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Entering the Navi-Xtreme portal
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The frozen "Please Wait..."
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
The latest version, 3.7.8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
I am using XBMC Frodo or 12.2 on Windows XP
6. Please provide any additional information below:

Tried it on my Raspberry Pi too on openELEC OS running the same version of XBMC 
and it's still doesn't work! What's going on?
