LDAP: Add ldapRaw parameter #20

While trying to circumvent some encoding issues in LLNG 2.0 I discovered that the raw=> option makes Apache::Session::Browseable::LDAP behave a lot more consistently with other modules (DBI in particular)

It would be nice to have this possibility as an option while configuring Apache::Session::Browseable::LDAP
