Documentation inclusion #164

put the documentation (.xml file) in a different folder, as that's not needed for working of LUI

It needs to be alongside the dll and pdb for those that do want to use it.

Ill think about it.

Most people should use the NuGet package though. I would recommend splitting developer and user-facing distributions.
