Use a new list when iterating the processable objects

This should fix #44 once for all. It uses the same way I fixed the same problem with the Menu Item iteration.

Is not the right way to fix it, but due to how the different frameworks work, is the only cross-framework option.

@TheOfficialDroid @MrJohnDev I can't test this due to my local RageMP server not working, but can you guys test and see if this works?

I'm talking specifically about changing the list of processable objects while processing those objects.

This caused performance issues when having a lot of menus and/or items.
