#16 Update initial plumbing #17

All issues reported in #14 have been fixed, except for the .env one, because we need to clarify what to do, as we are using those variables in start:prod and build:prod scripts in package.json.

About the .env file, we talk with @brauliodiez and we could keep .env in repository at first. When we deploy it, we'll take a look about override with develop or production environment config
