This is just a spike to get trained:

Create a separte project on your personal git account.
Grab the Geo JSON file for municipalities, ask @juanbermudezpareja he is the one in chargue of organizing them,
Create a simple spain map chart, here @ClaudiaPascualGea can give you a hint.
