Text select works only for 3D_CUBIC and 3D_VECTOR #123

The option to add a text box works for 3D_CUBIC and 3D_VECTOR, but not for 3D_ARROW and not for any of the 2D widgets. Is it intended?

It is intended not for 2D widgets. Arrows have been fixed in latest commit already.
