I load a single file, add a 3D Arrow widget (all options default) and the app crashes.

When loading a whole directory, 3D Arrow seems to work fine.
Update: tested other widgets and they also work fine, the problem is endemic to 3D Arrow
Update2: I managed to get a very similar error from 3D Cubic after setting averaging to maximum
