Invalid entry in vector specification #142

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Indicate the dataset A single file from 0200 nm example

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load data
  2. Choose 2D_Layer
  3. Insert incorrect RGB value like [1 -2 0]
  4. The popup "Invalid entry in vector specification" appears. If you click yes, the program quits (?). If you click no, the button for adding widget disappears (?)
