Delete all windows breaks the app if a single window was deleted first #157

Indicate the dataset Example 0200nm

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load data
  2. Add multiple widgets (IIRC I was using 2D_Layer)
  3. Delete a single window
  4. Click delete all windows -> bug occurrs
