Please provide any additional information below.

This tool fails to work on Wii U and some 3DS system that use 10 digit because 
any Enquiry number exceeding 8 digits the software reverts to 99999999 if this 
can be fixed and the parental unlocked actually uses the 10 digits to generate 
the unlock code it should work.

Hope this can be fixed
