What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i thought that using the parental reset tool would not care if the inquiry
number i gave was 10 digit or 8 digit but i guess it only accepts 8 digit
number. so now i can't use the tool because my 3ds gives me a 10 digit inquiry
number. it looks like this 10697 55390
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
