[REMAKE] More commands and pre-made config.json file #11

I added a few commands to the index.js file that include eval, suspend, and exile. I also made changes to config.json to fit changes I did to the fire command, lowest role = fired role if your wondering. I saw people wanting a suspend and exile command, so I made these, hope ya'll enjoy. Also, there's a blacklist system on there.

I'm not 100% sure if I am going to incorporate this in 5.0 or 5.1 yet, but I will incorporate this eventually.

I'm actually going to close this pull request as it can be used as a plugin. Note that submitting a few plugins will get you the Contributor role as well.
