Change xp-rankup to work if xpNeeded is the same as their current XP count. #78

Fixes xp-rankup saying they don't have enough xp to rankup when they actually do.

Thanks, although this is actually not a bug. The system works so any rank above the XP you mark down matches the xpNeeded requirement. I can see how this can be confusing though, so this might be a good change to make.
