Add a standalone plugin manager #17

This will make updating and adding features a bit easier, as its no longer tied to how long it takes the respective browser stores to approve the extension.

This is actually in progress! I have a working plugin-manager as a plugin, aiming to replace the embedded version. Contemplating simplifying the embedded version to only allow selecting a plugin manager manifest.
