For the component index:

Identified version
Extended numberOfElements to u64

For the owner entity mapping:

Added GUID section to core.v0.Level
Identified componentIndex

You mentioned that you didn't include certain things on purpose, which this seems a likely candidate for, but take what you find useful.

Great changes, I like the parent, hadn't thought of doing it like that :) However, getting lots of errors when testing locally, I will push some fixes.
