add product id #7

My device has a different product id, so my device was not recognized. After adding it and rebuilding it works!

 $ lsusb | grep -i Hyper
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 03f0:0696 HP, Inc HyperX Cloud II Wireless

Both the cli app and the tray icon work. The tray icon shows info for the battery level, charging and mute status.
