Fix the view box range to avoid autoscaling beyond the detector area
Include relative intensities for the user-provided .cif references to sort out very weak reflections
Show the name of the active .cif file
Include reflection index labelling for the most intense peaks
Add main window icon/logo

Would it be an idea to add the drag-dropped references to a separate menu button? That way it should be simple to toggle between references, without recalculating. It could also double as a way to highlight the active reference by making the menu actions checkable.
