Please fix balance #21

Balance is off.

1: Win the middle: win the game

2: Super duper super tanks are impossible to kill

without: 3: anti Super duper maxi tank killer (and if you cannot build that, you are dead.. no more fun for you until you end the game)

4: The fast as light nuke truck thing...
No way to stop.. And The Creator / host always turns nukes off

5: Remove some stuff, its hard for some computers... Ask devs what should be removed first (animation? Buildings? Bridges?) Please test it out on computers a lot of players use. Test performance.

6: Make it so its fun without all tech, and the biggest units. Now you only die without.. Turn cost, buildspeed, unitspeed, power, etc in half for superior units. Put more into defence, less into what the pro users build..

7: Thanks for a nice map.. I love and hate it :-)

Yes winning the middle is very important but you can try to use the lower is sneak your way across to the other side of the map. And I'm also planning on adding a ability to refit chinooks to carry 3 tanks and if that doesn't work I'll add another type of chinook for tanks

I got an idea to balance that but the mininuke code is quite complex and hard to nerf.

That's mostly a problem with openra https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/issues/18475#issuecomment-667646645 as for the testing I'll try to do a few tests in VMware but that's not 100% accurate to a real computer. There might be some code that might be useless and causing lag.

I did turn some stuff down like the mammoth down. The heavy turret is quite strong and I'm planning to implement a tesla coil "anti-vehicle mode" it will work kind of like in the tesla coil cutscene in Red Alert. I'm also planning to add the tox ruleset as a toggle as well as making my own custom production limit rules (also as a toggle)
