Debian package fixes #12

  1. Use --with python2
  2. Add build dependency on Python.
  3. wrap-and-sort control, copyright and install files.

thanks for this, please (if you want) consider to go ahead to include this in Debian (adding yourself as co-maintainer) ... experimental while jessie-freeze?
