Extension needs updating to Manifest V3 #37

Is this project still active? The link to the Chrome Webstore provided in the readme (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/goopg/ifpoaednafmgolabhpjmbimllaoidelg) now gives a 404.

It may have been removed due to the deprecation of Manifest V2.

This extension will need to be changed to follow the new Manifest V3 protocol (see e.g. here). I tried to do it myself, but the changes appear to be nontrivial and would need to be done by someone with proper knowledge of this extension.
