Language localization #202

Thank you very much for sharing. I really like this app, but can it support localization in the future? Such as Chinese.

Hey wmbin, thank you for reaching out!

Generally, plappa is localized for French and German already and Chinese localization has been requested a number of times.

My main issue is that I don't have the resources to get a professional translation for every release and don't know anyone who speaks Chinese.
