Multiple Server Support #210

My friends and I have a few audio bookshelf servers between us and we've been using Plex and Prologue but love how Audiobookshelf has great support for android and iOS since we have a mix. The thing I loved about the Prologue app was the ability to sign into multiple servers and then switch servers with a couple taps. It's very similar to the switching Libraries function but instead it would connect to different servers. Would love to see this enhancement! I'm a lifetime member this is great work thank you so much!!
