The study is made at the city level, using individual sports licenses and city sports infrastructures on one side, and poverty rate, median income, city population and unemployement rate on the other side.

Clean les commentaires et le markdown du rendu et des .py

Tout les fichiers inutiles ont été mis dans la branche archives en cas de volonté de reprendre qqc de supprimer mais normalement c'est inutile.

Un run a été fait, tout fonctionne.
