More beancounter options (human readable).
with a preffered option, (let the CP give advice in the best settings etc...)

In OpenVZ CLI we have a nice tool called vzubc, which shows human-readable 
beancounters and have a few options to enhance its output (like only showing 
those beancounters that are close to limits, or show delta for failcnt instead 
of absolute values).

Hello, I would really like if owp would automatically detect if a server is 
capable of vSWAP and disable user beancounters in the templates so only the RAM 
and SWAP should be set and everything else to be on unlimited.

Unfortunately I am not a ruby developer to do it myself.
