Thanks for your issue! I think this should not be a medium severity. This only cause minor inconvenience as you can still scroll to the top using your mouse or the page up button. If you don't have those then maybe it would be a medium severity.

All back to top links do not work. ("Back to top" link is actually found in all sections, and none of them work) This is rather major as Back to top was supposed to help alot with navigation.
