Add implementation to deploy the to Google Cloud

Important to note that the AWS playbook leverages ssm agent. That agent is hybrid and possibly can be leveraged in a GCP deployment. It will be better managed in a separate playbook. A possible approach could be considering a different modular third party connection agent which could balance across clouds. Best approach will be to first establish native GCP automation capabilities for the credential setup.
