Request: only post air quality updates on the Leon Soil and Water Facebook page when the air quality is yellow or worse

From Cara: We discussed the Facebook air quality posts and decided it made the most sense to only post the poor air quality days. Can you do that? I think that would include anything above green - so yellow, orange, red... but if we find that too many yellow days are popping up then we could revisit that.

This could be addressed in the next iteration
