make install instructions more clear #12

A lot of people are glazing over the "here" and miss finding the third party repo. This change is to:

  1. Separate out the prerequisites (installing XIVLauncher / Dalamud) because users think that's all they need
  2. Make the link so big and bold it should be reasonably difficult to miss it.

Thanks, the person who had issues also posted in my server but for some reason decided to also ask in goat's... sorry about that.
