hi, late night housing enthusiast here :) thank you for the update, first all. little bug i noticed though - the blue arm on the gizmo seems to lock to the snap mode even when it is toggled off both in BDTH and vanilla game. i can drag the other gizmo arm lines fine, it is solely the blue that is locked to just snapping. it also seems to snap independent of the drag value.
