Sometimes, if a MOD picks a ticket, it keeps saying 'This ticket has already been picked by another moderator.' and then the ticket will stay in 'Open Issues'. No one is able to open the ticket. Even not the moderator that's assigned to the ticket with moderator_id.
It's good again after a emulator restart, the ticket will then show at the side of the moderator_id in 'My Issues' like supposed to and the assigned moderator is then also able to open it.
