Doesn't work on some channels anymore? #32

This extension used to work great until this week. Now for some reason it only works on some channels and not others.

For example it doesn't work on this channel: https://www.twitch.tv/angrypug But it works on this channel: https://www.twitch.tv/saintvicious

I'd be happy to contribute to the code if someone can help me track down the issue. Here is what it looks like when it doesn't work, just hangs forever:

Mid roll ads are showing again. Also having the problem described above.
